The Boon brewery advises to preserve this wonderful beer dark and cold. It is best served cold in a matching beer glass. This rosé-beer is prepared by using lambic beer, from Lembeek, near Brussels. 

Boon Framboise matures on oaken barrels and fresh raspberries, and even cherries, are added later on.
