A. HOW CAN I PAY AT BELGIAN BEER FACTORY?
All payments are made possible by Pay.be. Here you have an overview of all our payment methods :

The payment takes place in the checkout process, after which the customer has indicated the wished for payment method. The actual payment will be processed by Pay.be. Therefore we advise you to check their Terms and Conditions as well.
B. ARE THERE ANY EXTRA PAYMENT COSTS?
No there are no extra payment costs when ordering at Belgian Beer Factory.
C. WHAT IF I'M A BUSINESS?
We also handle all sorts of mixed pallet orders and container shipments. So businesses as well have the ability to order our products. Please note that only Belgian VAT registered companies can order through our shop. Once we have checked if the Belgian VAT number is valid, you will receive an invoice for your order. For non-Belgian VAT registered companies we advise to contact us by mail at [email protected]
D. DO I HAVE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL?
You absolutely do. Every customer has the right to cancel their order or to send their order back within 14 days after which the actual delivery took place. Officially this is what they call the 'Right of Withdrawal'. This right only applies to our assortment of non-expiring, non-damaged or non-personalized goods.
Possible shipping charges for sending back the concerning order are to be paid by the customer and not by BBF. We will refund within 30 days after which we’ve received the concerning order only if this order appears to be complete and undamaged.
Once an order has not been received and a complaint has been filed towards BBF, BBF will investigate the matter. During that period of investigation BBF will not reimburse the payment or provide a second delivery. Once the matter has been cleared, BBF will offer to reimburse or to send out a second delivery. Of course BBF commits to inform the concerning customer in time and promptly.
E. AND WHAT ABOUT REFUNDING?
Please note that, depending on what bank you are working with, it may take up to maximum 30 days before the refund is fully completed. I apologize for this inconvenience. Please feel free to contact your bank or Pay.be in order to double check this information.
