The hop is added in four distinct stages, each serving a purpose: as bittering hop during the boil, then for aroma, followed by a whirlpool addition to enhance smooth bitterness and fragrance, and finally as a dry hop during maturation to fully awaken the aroma. This layered approach creates a beer where every sip reveals a full, complex hop profile.
