Framboise Boon is an authentic spontaneously fermented fruit beer, made from a blend of young and old lambic, matured in oak barrels. For every litre of beer, no less than 300 grams of fresh raspberries and 50 grams of cherries are used – without concentrates or artificial additives.

Thanks to the fermentation with young lambic, the beer gets a soft, natural raspberry flavour with little acidity and a full, fruity body. No candy-like sweetness, but the real taste of ripe raspberries, fresh and drinkable.
